Our Quest to change our lives began in Feb. 2010 and we lost 224 lbs. We slowly gained a lot of that weight back and we're now on another journey for weight loss and better health using Bright Line Eating. This is the story of our continuing Journey. .

Life is Crazy

Our lives are a little crazy right now with so much up in the air and school starting next week. We are sticking to our eating plan, though, although we are lacking in sleep. My poor man is only getting about 3-4 hours some nights... not good. Sleep is so important for good health.

I thought I would inject a little health humor into our crazy lives right now. Enjoy!

1) You walka pasta da bakery.
2) You walka pasta da candy store.
3) You walka pasta da ice cream shop.
4) You walka pasta da table and fridge.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

That was great margene! Thanks for sharing :)

I hear you on the crazy life thing. Things are starting to busy up around here too. The big little one starts preschool, she performed at the fair today, dance starts next week, dr appts for the ankle, potty training for the little little one (who is not quite as easy as the big little one was)and it goes on and on... hang in there!

Thank you for the laughs! Those were great!!
We too are in that 'back to school mode' which keeps everything a bit crazy for a few weeks until we all settle back into our routines. It's not easy to stick to healthy choices during these times - but we can all do it!
Hope your husband can get some more sleep in soon.
Have a great week!!
